Description Brian Ehlert has been working in the technology sector since 1997. He has worked as the IT manager and lead for medical, retail, call center, mail order, online, and financial companies. Brian has filled roles in telecom, systems engineering, auditing, networking, systems hardening, disaster recovery, and has been a key in resolving complex, deep, and multi-faceted systems issues. Recently, Brian was a technically focused product manager in the Microsoft Solutions group at Citrix, specializing in Microsoft technology, where he began as a research test engineer. Currently, Brian is a director of product management at NGINX.
 
Description Chris Engelbert a senior developer advocate at Instana, an IBM Company. Chris is an open source enthusiast and always interested in “Java Next”. In his spare time, he struggles with performance optimizations, the JVM internals or the garbage collector. He also firmly believes in Polyglot and is familiar with Java, Kotlin, Go, TypeScript and other languages.
