His expertise spans technology infrastructure, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. He has a strong track record of aligning technology with business objectives to achieve measurable results. Roman holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, a postgraduate diploma in eBusiness from Mumbai University, and a professional certification in cybersecurity from Harvard. His leadership journey includes roles at EXL and Tata Business Support Services, where he managed cross-functional teams and delivered impactful business outcomes. At Startek, Roman is committed to advancing digital transformation and strengthening IT capabilities, helping the organization redefine customer experience management in an increasingly dynamic digital landscape. Based in Gurgaon, he collaborates with stakeholders globally to ensure technology innovations align with business goals and deliver exceptional results.
