There’s plenty of evidence that containers and the platforms they run on are being compromised. That hasn’t necessarily deterred many organizations from employing containers; the rate at which container applications are being deployed continues unabated. In theory, container applications are more secure than legacy applications largely because it’s easier to rip and replace containers with known vulnerabilities.
