Mirantis Adds Support for NVIDIA NCX Infra Controller, Expands k0rdent AI Partner Ecosystem

AMSTERDAM — Mirantis, which provides Kubernetes-native infrastructure for AI, announced support for the NVIDIA NCX Infra Controller and expanded its k0rdent AI partner ecosystem with new integrations at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2026. The company said the updates are designed to help providers and enterprises build multi-tenant AI cloud platforms using open source building blocks.

Mirantis said its k0rdent AI product integrates NVIDIA’s open AI infrastructure components into a production-ready “Metal-to-Model” stack. The unified control plane orchestrates infrastructure components across NVIDIA reference architectures, including GPU and networking platforms spanning the NVIDIA Ampere, Hopper and Blackwell generations.

“AI infrastructure service providers need to maximize utilization and operational efficiency,” said Warren Barkley, vice president of product management at NVIDIA. “Our collaboration with Mirantis helps neoclouds deploy validated AI infrastructure faster, pairing ISV validation with NVIDIA NCX Infra Controller lifecycle automation to deliver consistent performance, operational efficiency, and real cloud differentiation at scale.”

The company also highlighted integrations with Netris for automated Kubernetes cluster delivery and data center networking, Supermicro for sovereign AI and hybrid GPU cloud environments, and VAST Data for high-performance data services. Mirantis said it is contributing to the open source NVIDIA NCX Infra Controller project and is pursuing validation through NVIDIA’s AI Cloud Ready Initiative.
