Emile Vauge is the founder and CTO of Traefik Labs, the company behind Traefik Proxy, the OSS ingress controller with over 3.4B downloads and over 60,000 stars on GitHub. With Traefik at its core, the Traefik Runtime Platform also includes API gateway, AI gateway, MCP gateway, and API Management capabilities. Most recently, Emile has led the effort to ensure Traefik is a true drop-in replacement for Ingress NGINX, with a full migration kit and support for the most common annotations. Prior to starting his own company, Emile spent more than 10 years building applications for web scale and large enterprise organizations.
